Refport

Launch Checklist

Verify your Refport integration before inviting partners into your referral program.

Use this checklist before opening your program to partners.

Tracking

  • Browser tracking is installed on every public landing page.
  • A test referral click creates the refp_id cookie on your domain.
  • Lead tracking fires after sign-up and does not block the auth flow.
  • Sale tracking fires only after payment confirmation.
  • Organic visitors without refp_id do not create referred conversions.

Integrations

  • Stripe or Shopify is connected in the Refport dashboard if you use those payment systems.
  • Test-mode payment events appear in Refport before you switch to live traffic.
  • Stripe Checkout metadata or Shopify storefront correlation is present where required.
  • Refund behavior matches your commission policy.

Embedded portal

  • Your server generates embed tokens only for authenticated users.
  • Embed tokens are generated per page load or session and are not cached across users.
  • The hosted iframe or custom React portal shows the partner referral link.
  • Payout, earnings, and conversion data match the Refport dashboard for a test partner.

Partner program

  • Commission rules, currency, attribution window, and payout threshold are configured.
  • Program branding is visible in the partner-facing portal.
  • At least one internal test partner can enroll and copy their link.
  • Your support team knows where partners should go for their referral dashboard.

Go live

  1. Complete one referral click, lead, sale, and refund test in a non-production payment mode.
  2. Repeat the same flow in production with a low-value payment.
  3. Invite a small pilot group of partners.
  4. Review conversion and commission data before scaling invitations.
